All installations are carried out subject to our standard Terms and Conditions. 

 

Acceptance of our quote deems that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

 

* Please note that all artificial lawns are not warrantied against heat reflection damage caused by colour bond fence, glass pool fence, windows, mirrors or any surround that might emit extreme heat in high temperatures thanks - this is an industry standard *

Warranty

• ​12 months industry standard on base works and installation workmanship.

• 7-10 years warranty depending on individual product warranty purchased.

• Excessive fading, shrinkage and deterioration are covered by product warranty. 

​

Verge

• It is the owner's responsibility to check with their local council requirements for verge approval. Artificial Lawn & Landscape Experts do not take any responsibility for verge permits.

 

Payment

• 50% Deposit required as confirmation of order - Balance payable upon completion of your installation.
